...in which you're eating food so delicious that you feel the searing heat (from its being scalding hot, not spicy) on your tongue, and instead of spitting it back out (as you should to avoid injury) you just eat it?
Yeah. That's what happened to me just now. My tongue and the roof of my mouth are paying for it as a result.

First time I ate it, I burnt my mouth so bad I felt it the next day. But I just could not stop eating because HOLY CRAP DELICIOUSNESS.

The first time I ever mixed this into my stir fry sauce. 3 drops. I was crying but it tasted so good. I fought through as long as I could. Finally had to throw it away. Would do it again:
